Abstract：Being an all-inclusive cuiturol phenomenon, the city has experienced some deeply changes when the Post-Modernism which originated science and philosophy came in the middle of the 20th.Century.This article carries out the detaiied discussion from the angle of Urban-Planning, Urban-Governanoe, and its space and society:analyzes some characteristies of its feedback.Finally, this artiofe evaluates the gain and loss of Post Modernism, shows clearly its functions on our policies of urban development.
